Prudential x AlipayHK $166 Travel Premium Discount Flash Offer Terms & Conditions

$166 Travel Premium Discount Flash Offer (“Promotion”) is organised by Prudential General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”). The Promotion period starts from 5 January to 18 January 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

During the Promotion Period, users of Alipay Payment Services (HK) Limited (“AlipayHK”) must register through designated registration form by successfully submitting full name and Hong Kong mobile number which must be the same as the mobile number used for registering an account in AlipayHK App to be eligible for this Promotion (“Eligible Customer”).

All information cannot be changed or cancelled once being submitted. If any information provided during such registration (including but not limited to the full name and mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, the relevant Eligible Customers will be disqualified for this Promotion.

Upon successfully fulfilling the requirements of the terms and conditions under this Promotion, Eligible Customers will receive a Prudential insurance voucher valued at HK$166 (“Voucher”). The Voucher will be credited to the AlipayHK App account of the Eligible Customers on or before 10 February 2023. The AlipayHK App must be updated to the latest version. Eligible Customers may go to the Homepage of AlipayHK application and select “Rewards” to read details of the Voucher.  Prudential shall bear no liability if Eligible Customers cannot successfully receive the Voucher and/or the Voucher is lost due to any circumstances.

Each Eligible Customer can register once and is entitled to the Voucher once only during Promotion Period.

Voucher is applicable for the purchase of designated general insurance products underwritten by Prudential as determined from time to time. Eligible Customers may go to the Applications in the Homepage of AlipayHK application and select “Prudential” to view the updated list of designated general insurance products. Whether to apply for insurance product is the individual decision of the Eligible Customer. Insurance application is subject to the relevant eligibility, application process, underwriting guidelines and all respective policy terms and conditions. Please refer to the product brochure for detailed product features and key exclusions, and the policy specimen for the detailed terms and conditions. The policyowners have the option to renew the relevant policy (if applicable) by paying the applicable renewal premium, levy and loading (if any), subject to the relevant administration process.

Voucher will be redeemed automatically when paying for the relevant fees for the designated Prudential general insurance products and the single net purchase must be HK$167 or above.

Registration quota is capped at 2,000 under this Promotion and will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis based on the record of Prudential, subject to Prudential’s final decision.

Eligible Customers must attain the age of 18 at the time of receiving and using the Voucher, and remain as valid users of AlipayHK App (subject to AlipayHK’s sole decision) during the Promotion Period. Otherwise, the relevant Eligible Customers will be disqualified for receiving and using the Voucher without further notice.

The Voucher is valid till 15 April 2023. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, any other voucher or gifts, and is not replaceable in the event of loss, invalidity or expiry. For refund, the relevant amount up to HK$166 paid by the Voucher will not be refunded and the relevant Voucher will not be re-issued. Prudential is not liable for any submission delay, loss of information, error in transmitting information, unrecognizable or damaged information in that may be caused by any computer, internet network, telephone and technical problems or any other causes beyond the control of Prudential.

By participating in the Promotion, the Eligible Customers are deemed to have understood and consented that Prudential may transfer their registered mobile numbers to AlipayHK for verifying whether the Eligible Customers are AlipayHK App users and for the purpose of receiving the Voucher; and have also read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Promotion, the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy of Prudential https://www.prudential.com.hk/scws/pages/en/privacy-policy.

The redemption of the Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by AlipayHK. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to crediting or using the Voucher. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the Voucher.

Prudential reserves the rights to vary, extend or terminate the Promotion and to amend any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes (including but not limited to the cancellation of the Voucher), the decision of Prudential shall be final and binding.

Prudential reserves the right to make the final decision to accept any insurance applications. The insurance application may be rejected due to the consideration of insurability (including but not limited to the health conditions of the life assured) and result in not being able to enjoy the Promotion, the relevant Voucher will not be re-issued.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each Eligible Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
