Prudential Announces New Strategic Alliances
(13 February 2023, Hong Kong) Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”) today announced new strategic partnerships with five leading companies in different industry sectors to significantly expand its ecosystem of wealth, health and protection solutions.
Prudential has an omnichannel strategy that encompasses both online and offline touchpoints to offer timely, easy-to-access and tailored insurance, wellness, plus other value-added products and services, to help customers achieve their health and wealth objectives.
At a ceremony, five key players in their respective areas of business – 10Life, AlipayHK, EC Healthcare, AWEsum Care and 11 SKIES, commemorated their partnership and collaboration with Prudential.

10Life is the leading independent insurance ratings and comparison platform in Hong Kong with over 1,000 insurance products from over 40 insurance companies. Customers will be able to obtain the information of Prudential products via the 10Life platform and enjoy a hassle-free purchase experience with seamless connectivity to Prudential’s online sales platform.
AlipayHK
AlipayHK is the leading electronic wallet covering over 100,000 local retail outlets and payment ecosystem with over 3.3 million of active users in Hong Kong. Under its partnership with AlipayHK, Prudential launched the “Prudential Mini App” on AlipayHK, the first such mini app by an insurer in the Hong Kong market, allowing customers to take out and pay for six selected Prudential general insurance products online anytime, anywhere.
EC Healthcare
As Hong Kong's largest non-hospital healthcare service provider, EC Healthcare leverages its digital expertise, customer-centric one-stop service model and multi-specialty healthcare ecosystem extending across a network of 154 service points to provide attainable, affordable and sustainable preventive and precision medicine.
Through this partnership, customers of Prudential can enjoy exclusive offers on bivalent vaccination service provided by EC Healthcare via its online reservation platform, along with many other healthcare services.
AWEsum Care
AWEsum by DocPro is a social enterprise that offers online Advance Care Planning (“ACP”), including will, enduring power of attorney, and advance directives, to help people make arrangements in advance for legacy and medical planning in case they are incapacitated and unable to make decisions due to illness. Prudential partners with AWEsum Care to offer customer discounts for arranging ACP documents to help ensure a worry-free retirement life. Prudential will also support AWEsum Care in hosting community awareness seminars and free ACP arrangements for the underprivileged communities.
11 SKIES
11 SKIES, located between Hong Kong International Airport and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, is Hong Kong’s largest retailtainment new landmark, and the first to combine wealth management and wellness services in one complete ecosystem for people in Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area and the rest of the world. Prudential will seek collaboration with 11 SKIES for customers in the Greater Bay Area in the future.
