Migration offer period is subject to the requirements set out by us from time to time.
How to migrate?
If you have any existing designated plans (as specified below) with us, you can either take out any VHIS plans we have launched in addition to your current cover or migrate your existing medical plan to one of these VHIS plans within the migration offer period. This is subject to the underwriting result of your migration application.

Notes:
- To migrate to PRUHealth FlexiChoice Medical Plan and PRUHealth CoreChoice Medical Plan, the designated plan needs to have an effective date that is on or before 1 Jan 2022.
- To migrate to PRUHealth VHIS VIP Plan, the designated plan needs to have an effective date that is on or before 30 June 2021.
- Migration offer period is subject to the requirements set out by us from time to time.

Note: In general, we offer simplified underwriting for migration to PRUHealth Core Choice Medical Plan or PRUHealth FlexiChoice Medical Plan. However, if you would like to upgrade the ward level, add or select a higher limit of PRUHealth Major, or lower your deductible or migrate from an existing plan with deductible / coinsurance arrangement, you will need to undergo full underwriting. If your migration application is rejected, postponed or you do not want to proceed with the migration due to the underwriting result, you will stay insured in your existing plan.
