How to Change the Payment Method of life policy
Customer can change the payment method of life policy via myPrudential
Step 1
After logging into myPrudential, choose “Payment Settings.”
Step 2
Please click “Please select policy” and choose the policy for which you want to update the payment method.
The "Payment Setting" function does not apply to the following types of policies:
- Single Pay products
- Policy not in force
- Policy with pending “Payment Setting” change request
Step 3
You can set up, update, or cancel your autopay. To set up or update autopay, please input your bank account information.
