What are the key features of "e+Policy Services – Life Insurance"?

"e+Policy Services - Life Insurance" brings convenient and comprehensive services for you to inquire their life policy details over the Internet, such as coverage details, policy value, Direct Debit Authorization Information and request of policy summary report. You can view, download or print the electronic versions of your life policy statements that look the same as the paper versions. You can also submit instructions to change premium allocation, switch funds and change contact information. What is more, new function like "My Policy Organizer" let you organize your policies for easy management.

How can I use the Prudential "e+Policy Services – Life Insurance"?

If you are current user of our "24-hour Telephone Policy Inquiry Service", you can use relevant password to perform registration in "e+Policy Services - Life Insurance". If you do not have/have lost the password, please click "Reissue Password"

 

In order to bring more convenience to customers, the password for "24-hour Telephone Policy Inquiry Service" and user manual will be sent to customers' mailing address from August 2005 onwards.

 

For new customers, the password and user manual will be sent right after policy insurance.

  • Log onto "Member/Policyowner Login" interface, click "Reissue Password"

I am an e+Club Website member, should I register again to activate "e+Policy Services - Life Insurance"?

Even though you have registered as our Website member, you have to register again to enjoy "e+Policy Services - Life Insurance". While you activate "e+Policy Services - Life Insurance" online, you may choose to use your original Website member Login ID, or replace it with a new Login ID.

Where can I find my policy number?

You may find your policy number(s) on your Certificate of Life Assurance or Anniversary Statement.

What should I do if I have forgotten my login ID?

You can use policy number, date of birth and HKID / Passport no. to obtain login ID.

What should I do if I have lost my password?

For "e+Policy Services - Life Insurance" registered users, you can use "Forgot Password" function to recall your password reminder directly. 

Step 1: Click "Forgot Password" on Login Page

Step 3: After confirming your identity, system will prompt your password reminder. If you cannot recall your password using such reminder, you can reset your password by clicking "Reissue Password"
